The start of another school year for over 400 K-12 schools across the U.S. will be extraordinary this fall, thanks to these schools adopting zSpace’s virtual reality desktop, featuring software supporting STEM, as well as art and social studies curriculum. While the virtual reality technology comes from Silicon Valley’s zSpace, CEO Paul Kellenberger credits teachers and students with fueling the software with engaging and informative applications, such as solving physics problems and creating 3D cell models. The company will also be taking their Virtual Reality Mobile Classroom around the world to introduce zSpace to schools in China, for instance. Medical schools and universities will also be using the immersive technology for Health Sciences, CTE, and vocational training programs.
