At least to one University of Arizona soon-to-be graduate, designing an app doesn’t always end up like it started. Becca Rogers originally intended to compose music for a virtual reality app her team was developing. However, this experience was only a springboard into her and partner Rodrigo Savage launching their own virtual reality startup company. Intero, now in the process of developing an athletic VR headset that’s fog and sweat resistant, is the duo’s VR startup that blends her love of music with his experience with athletics. Although still in private beta, the athletic VR headset is expected to launch after the new year.
