Now going to museums will not be boring even for children, because the virtual reality is making it more and more interesting. Now, the British Museum, visitors can try to travel through time, with the help of virtual reality, of course. Viewers can see how people lived then and what they were doing. To the user’s attention will be presented the Bronze Age. The project was implemented with the help of VR-helmets and a huge projection of the building. In this VR space now can go up to 5 people at the same time. Such an approach to the museum certainly will make it even more enjoyable not only for children, but also for adults.
After all, instead of having to look at the “boring” artifacts, a little museum visitor can witness the time when these same artifacts existed.
Interestingly, the three objects that belong to the Bronze Age have been found recently. With the help of virtual reality they were placed in a natural setting that harmoniously complements the historical elements.
